AT THE SANTA PAULA ART MUSEUM
Learn all about painting "en plein air" (outdoors) from artist Laura Wambsgans. Wambsgans is one of the PAC6 painters - a group of six artists who travel and paint together, and who are featured in the Santa Paula Art Museum's exhibition, "Between Heaven and Earth: The PAC6 Paints the Sierras." The artist will show all of the equipment needed for painting outdoors and on location, and will demonstrate how it all works. She will also provide an insider's view of the painting process from initial inspiration and working in the wild, to the finished painting.
